Alison Wilson BSc

Alison Wilson has a BSc Honours in Geography from the University of Aberdeen. Through her degree, she gained a fundamental understanding of important management and conservation issues relating to the physical environment, with particular focus on Scottish landscapes and riverine environments. During her studies, she was awarded ‘Best in Department’ for her dissertation investigating the influence of substrate on macro invertebrates on the River Feugh in Aberdeenshire.
Alison has project managed a number of restoration projects on a range of river systems across Scotland, England and Wales. She has assisted with many topographic surveys and routinely leads geomorphological audits. Her field and project management skills were fundamental in the SEPA Morphological Survey programme (2015-2017). Alison also has extensive experience of data analysis/ presentation and reporting.
